Wing Jawn opened in December 2018 in the local neighborhood spot Kilo Bravo Bar. It is the brainchild of bar owner, Kate Buenaflor Dillon and Fedoroff’s Roast Pork foodies Dave and Stella Fedoroff. Wing Jawn is excited to begin serving more of Brooklyn with their new location in Bushwick, Echo Bravo Bar. Wing Jawn is the place for all things wings and more!

Our top priority is the safety and well-being of our team members, our guests, and each and every member of our community. To keep all of us safe, we have implemented new health and safety protocols that go above and beyond our already strict standards.
SAFE FROM THE SOURCE
We've developed specific health + safety standards for our suppliers that mirror our own practices. Every supplier certifies they've met these standards.
TEAM MEMBER WELLNESS CHECKS
We check team member temperatures at the start of each shift. Team members must also complete a wellness checklist before starting work for the day.
REQUIRED SAFETY EQUIPMENT
We require our team members to wear the face masks and gloves we provide. To keep all of us safe, anyone entering our space must also wear a face covering.
FREQUENT HAND-WASHING
We follow strict and thorough hand-washing guidelines issued by the FDA and CDC. Team members change gloves regularly and at least every 30 minutes.
STRICT SANITIZATION STANDARDS
We disinfect all high-touchpoint surfaces at least once every hour with EPA-registered disinfectant. Hand sanitizer stations are available in our kitchens and dining rooms.
SOCIAL DISTANCING MEASURES
We've revised our menus to ensure proper social distancing in our kitchens. Our pickup stations are set up to allow guests and delivery partners to be 6' apart.
ADDED FOOD SAFETY PROTOCOLS
We've redesigned processes with the guidance of food safety experts. Our cooking stations have minimal interaction, and any shared equipment is sanitized between use.
CONTACTLESS PICKUP + DELIVERY
We seal our packaging and delivery bags to ensure your food is safe after it leaves our kitchens. All of our pickup stations are contactless.
ENHANCED TEAM MEMBER BENEFITS
Team members are required to stay home if they do not feel well. To take care of them, we have expanded our benefits with emergency paid sick leave and family leave.
